We’re collaborating with Dunamis to host a porch in our Beer Garden for Jamaica Plain’s Annual Porchfest, a celebration of the cultural and artistic diversity of JP! This year is special as it will be focused on spotlighting BIPOC artists and creatives. Dumanis, a Boston-based organization, is directing the 2021 festival with the mission “to ignite agency and transformative growth for emerging artist and arts managers of color.” While all these wonderful performances are going on, Urbano, a nonprofit that brings together visual artists, will also be at the Brewery showing pieces by local creatives. Want to make some art with Urbano? Stop by the Sam Adams Brewery Beer Garden on 30 Germania Street!

Porchfest has also introduced virtual streaming options for the main porches, as well as “JP Couchfest,” a prerecorded series of performances by artists who were not able to be in person this year. Overall, this an event to bring the community and creatives of JP together.

Porchfest will be happening on August 21^st and 22^nd from 11am to 4pm with performances from:
