Here at Sam Adams, we use German Noble Hops in a wide variety of our beers, including our Octoberfest and our flagship beer the Boston Lager. Our founder, Jim Koch, actually helped revive the Hallertauer hop in the 90’s and was appointed “Chevalier of the Order of the Hop”. Now put that in your pint and sip it!
